As you can see below, there are multiple individuals with similar names and births, and it is difficult to identify a good match. The names are too common, which has been my problem in searching for my great-grandfather Henry Beyer. Searching for Heinrich Wiegand and his wife:

I focused on the listing (because the ages matched well and because I found his birth listed in your book with his name given as Johann Henrich in #422 in 1822):
John Wiegand Catherine Wiegand Dubuque, Dubuque, IA <1822> HESSIAN Self
Catherine Wiegand John Wiegand Dubuque, Dubuque, IA <1833> HESSIAN Wife
until I found them in 1870 with a son born in Iowa before 1860. Since they are listed in your request as immigrating in 1865, I crossed off this family. The couple:
Henry Wiegand Catherine Wiegand Taylor, Wayne, MI <1825> HESSE CASTLE Self
Catherine Wiegand Henry Wiegand Taylor, Wayne, MI <1828> HESSE CASTLE Wife
also have a daughter born in 1863 in Michigan, and their dates of birth are not as good a match.

<The Wiegand family above may be the right one. The first name of the
<first daughter doesn't match, her name was Anna Martha * 1861, for the
<second I don't find a birth record, it seems that this child would be
<born on the voyage.
Did the Wigand family have another child born before Martha? Could the family below be a match? I had ignored them because of the Wurttemberg origin, but that could be an error. It is hard to read the original image for the hand writing of Wurttemberg. I cannot locate them in 1880 to confirm. If Martha was born in Germany in 1861, then the family must have emigrated after 1861. The Cathern below was stating her age younger than she really was if she was the mother of the son born in 1855 so the ages of Henry and Catherine come close to agreeing with 1822 and 1831. Depends on whether you have a record of John born in 1855. Elizabeth

I believe that this may be the 1865 immigration list for Heinrich and Catharine Wiegand. The image attached is the original. It is difficult to read because it has faded. The index listing below is one that was created two years ago by Ancestry.com and therefore has no real importance -- it is just a convenience. I believe that Heinr. is there but misread because it is faded. They have the correct number of children -- would you know if the names match? I have tried for hours, but cannot find this family in the US census.
